This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join a sexy high-end but casual dining restaurant, this business has a very good reputation for food and service.
The role of Assistant Manager will involve the day to day operation of a restaurant and management of a team of supervisors and floor staff, you will oversee all training and development of the team. This restaurant consists of 80 covers and it serves Modern British cuisine in a relaxed environment.
The role would suit a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager looking for an Assistant Manager position you must have an excellent food experience with a proven track record, having worked within restaurants in the past. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, food, lots of flair and creativity.
